Today a company's online presence can make or break the company. Customers go online to read reviews and shop around before buying anything. Create profiles on major apps like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tumblr and Pinterest and use these platforms to try to connect with your customer base. Build meaningful relationships, share unique content and listen to what they have to say about your brand or product.
Your company's website is the face of the company. It sets the tone and is the first interaction many people have with your brand. Use your website to attract potential customers. Content marketing is what attracks people to your site. Having an active blog with interesting content that goes out regularly shows potential clients or customers that you are an expert in your industry. Take it a step further and create graphics, video and audio to push out on your social media channels.
Email marketing is a great way to close a sale and keep in touch with your past and future customers. Send out newsletters on a regular basis and follow-up emails. These are great tools to keep your brand in the forefront of a customers mind.
