I can help with business strategy/evaluation, strategic planning, corporate design/redesign (from both organization and business model perspectives), preparing to raise money, executive coaching, and mentoring for oversight of large process change and/or IT system implementations. I can also help with approaches to doing business with the Federal Government, especially under small business socio-economic orientations. I have over 30 years of experience in both startup and large business in both commercial and federal government contractors. I have held VP or higher positions as President, COO, VP Operations, CIO, VP Business Devleopment, VP Marketing, and VP Federal Capture and Strategy as well as Director level roles in Strategy, Strategic Planning, Software Development, Financial Planning Analysis, and Corporate-wdie Program Management. In small companies and startups, I have helped to successfully raise money in multiple cases from both angels and venture capital companies. I have created, reviewed, and/or presented more than 50 corporate presentations for various companies in all sorts of industries. In addition, I was with a company from 7 years before the IPO to 4 1/2 after while growing from 100 people and $13M in revenue to 1,600 people, $300M in revenue, and a $2B market cap. For Federal contractors, I have worked with dozens of companies in both business development/capture as well as internal operations and IT roles. I am an expert at small business socio-economic programs and partnering approaches.
