Presently consulting to Ben Franklin Technology Partners on various aspects Economic Development activity with Universities. Consulting to a Hong Kong Investment Firm on due diligence activity related to potential acquisitions. Experience in the following Sectors: Instrumentation and sensors, Process Control, Consumer Health Products, Precision Air Conditioning, and Water and Waste Water Treatment.

Responsibilities:  Managed all activities in Asia-Pacific Region. Profit and loss responsibility for 3 subsidiary companies in Australia, Canada and Mexico. Sales of $25 million, 200 plus employees. Directed network of 20-25 representatives and distributors generating $15 million in sales. Led team to develop computer model to facilitate development and integration of international budget by product type. Served as Chairman and/or Board Member for these subsidiaries. Reported to the President.
